Do you have a regular maintenance routine for your hair, nails, or skin?
A simple maintenance routine can consist of doing a manicure or pedicure, applying a face mask, or shaving your legs.
Creating a schedule or time in your calendar to take care of these things is a must! Each maintenance thing may need to be included in your schedule more often than others.
For example, you may be able to go two weeks without needing to get your nails redone, but you may need to get your eyebrows done weekly- something along those lines.
It depends on the growth rate of your bodily hair, how busy/rough you are throughout the week with your nails, and how often you have to interact with others.
Make sure you are routinely working on your outer beauty because it’s the first thing people notice about you before you even have a chance to say anything.

- Shower regularly
- Brush your teeth twice a day
- Floss daily
- Comb your hair (MASTER your hair)
- Keep your nails clean (Mani and Pedi)

This is not suggesting that being tiny is considered attractive. You can be attractive at any weight. PERIOD! The whole idea is to maintain a healthy lifestyle- which consists of regularly moving your body.
That could be going for a walk, jogging, cycling, doing yoga, dancing, or anything you enjoy that gets your body moving.
If you’re really on the search for how to be more attractive, start by adding exercise to your weekly routine. You’ll feel more attractive on your own merit.
3. Eat Better
Eating better foods gives your skin a radiant glow. It helps your hair and nails grow long and healthy, boosts your energy, and helps you feel better overall.
We all know this to be true, however, eating broccoli isn’t always the most appealing thing. We need to start making eating broccoli a cute thing. Eating broccoli is cute! – There we go.

4. Get Beauty Sleep
You can spot a sleep-deprived person from a mile away. Sleep-deprived people literally look unhealthy. It makes you look less attractive, groggy, and unapproachable at best.
Make sure you are getting enough sleep. Beauty sleep is real. It’s almost funny to think that we’ve been hearing this forever but never truly applying it. We should. Get some beauty sleep!
Studies suggest that we need about 7-8 hours of sleep per night.

5. Dress to Impress

Another good rule is to always go with a lift. Wearing heels- even a small kitten heel- can help elevate you and make you look more attractive. This tip goes a long way!
And when you don’t know what to wear or if you’re in a hurry and need to throw something on, wear all black.
All black clothes and shoes always look good!
Lastly, don’t forget to accessorize! Wear a watch, bracelets, earrings, rings, and necklaces, and carry a bag. All of these things add up to show that you took extra care of your look and appearance. It doesn’t even take long to put on jewelry, but it does SO much for you and your look!
