In the end, I almost always end up regretting that decision because saying yes was only a knee-jerk reaction.
Saying no is an emotionally intelligent skill to develop.
The more you say no to things you don’t want to do, the more you can say yes to the things that you do.

Exercising daily has a plethora of health benefits!
Simply improving your physical health can:
