Facts About Blogging:
Did you know that it is required by law for your blog to have legal pages? TBH, I did not know that when I first started a blog. I never spent time researching the logistics behind blogging.
I just wanted to start (which isn’t always a bad thing), but I didn’t realize that not knowing these things would slow me down later.

How does it work?
Your blog collects data from visitors upon entering your site. The site collects its data in various ways.
- Email Sign-up
- Contact Forms
- Cookies
- Google Analytics
- Ad Agencies
- Affiliate Marketers
- Payment Systems
If you don’t include information in your posts about this then there is a chance that you could get sued later.
You are required to have 3 legal pages: a privacy policy, disclaimer, and terms & conditions page.
You can buy a legal page template individually, OR you can save yourself A LOT of money by getting these pages in a bundle.
There is an amazing deal that you can get if you get these pages in a bundle. If you would like to look into what the legal bundle deal is then click here.
Privacy Policy | Legal Pages
A privacy policy lets your visitors know how you collect data and what you do with that collected data.
It sounds a lot scarier than it needs to, haha!
As mentioned earlier, when someone goes to your website, it collects data from them off-top. The privacy policy explains to the visitor what it is exactly that is being collected from you.
Here is the privacy policy template.
Disclaimer Page | Legal Pages
The disclaimer page lets visitors know that you don’t take responsibility for anything you publish on your blog.
If you write blog posts about financial tips and someone takes your advice, they cannot legally hold you responsible for what happens to them ONLY BECAUSE of this legal page.
Here is the disclaimer page template.
Terms & Conditions | Legal Pages
The terms and conditions page consists of the rules of your website or blog. It also protects your rights and your intellectual property.
Having this page is certainly self-explanatory and comes as a sense of formality.
Getting these pages was VERY EASY.
Here is the terms and conditions template.

Legal Templates for Pages
There are templates you can use that are set up to where you can simply plug in your information related to your own blog or website and publish it to your site.
It’ll always be way cheaper to get the 3 legal pages as a bundle than buying each page separately. I’ve done a lot of research and some people are really reaching and charging way too much for these pages.
After taking this amazing blogging course, I was introduced to Amira who is a lawyer AND a blogger.
She is one of us! She created blogging templates that are easy to plug in your own information and publish to your site.
